Booking Terms

To confirm your event booking, a 50% advance payment is required.

The remaining balance must be paid as agreed before the event date.

Your booking will be considered confirmed only after the initial payment has been received.
Refund Policy

You may cancel your event at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.

If the event has already started or our team has begun working on the setup, you will be eligible for a 70% refund only.

Cancellations made after the event setup or start time are not eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of rescheduling, please contact our support team as early as possible to discuss new dates and availability.

Digi World Digital reserves the right to decline or modify a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances or unavailability.
